How It Works

Step 1 — Melt & Apply: Melt FC3308 at 85–110°C; coat onto substrate or film via roller or slot-die.

Step 2 — Initial Tack (Physical Bond):  Adhesive cools on contact, creating immediate tack under compression.

Step 3 — Moisture-Curing (Chemical Cross-linking): Reacts with ambient moisture over 24–72 hrs to form a permanent thermoset network.

Step 4 — Final Performance: Exceptional resistance to heat, humidity, washing, and mechanical stress.
