In footwear manufacturing, multi-material lamination must withstand extreme bending stresses, sweat exposure, temperature variations, and dynamic impacts. Traditional adhesives often lead to bond failure, hardening, and adhesive bleed. SINOHESIVE’s innovative PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) technology delivers highly elastic and durable bonding for genuine leather, microfiber, and flyknit uppers, as well as EVA and TPU midsoles—enabling lightweight, long-lasting, and fully integrated shoe structures.

Core Advantages
Superior Dynamic Bonding Performance

Peel strength >15 N/cm (SATRA TM137); flex resistance >100,000 cycles (ASTM D430); resists athletic impacts and high-frequency bending while preventing toe delamination.


Weather and Degradation Resistance

Withstands embrittlement at –30 °C and softening at +100 °C; maintains >90% bond retention after 500 hours of damp heat aging (70 °C/95% RH); prevents delamination and chalking.


Eco-Friendly and High-Efficiency Molding

Compliant with ISO 17700 footwear environmental standards; 60-second hot-press curing (3× faster than conventional adhesives); VOC emissions <100 μg/m³ (GB/T 32472).
