Single-component, no mixing required. Apply via PUR hot melt machine (roller or slot-die). Long open time.

How It Works

Step 1 - Heat & Coat

Heat the product to the recommended temperature and apply it evenly onto the fabric or film surface  by PUR hot melt machine, roller coater, or slot-die system.

Step 2 - Laminate & Press

Combine the coated layer with the target textile or functional film under controlled pressure and line speed  to achieve uniform wetting and initial bonding.

Step 3 - Moisture Curing

After lamination, the adhesive reacts with ambient moisture and gradually forms a cross-linked network,  improving bonding stability and long-term durability.

Step 4 - Final Performance

Once fully cured, the laminate delivers strong adhesion, flexibility, and resistance to washing,  heat, humidity, and mechanical stress for textile end-use applications.
