Key Process Description

1. Application Method

PUR hot melt adhesive is melted at a typical temperature range and applied as a thin,    consistent film through roller coating or slot nozzles to either the substrate or the covering material.

2. Initial Bonding & Fast Setup

After application, the adhesive cools quickly and forms immediate green strength, helping hold the mattress layers in place during continuous assembly.

3. Moisture-Curing Action

Unlike traditional EVA glue, PUR reacts chemically with moisture in the air and substrates,    forming a three-dimensional cross-linked thermoset structure.

4. Irreversible Bonding

Once cured, the bond becomes thermoset and cannot be re-melted, providing excellent resistance to high temperatures,    moisture, and cleaning agents.
