Built for harsh environments, the cured adhesive resists embrittlement at –30°C and softening at +100°C. It maintains >90% bond retention even after 500 hours of severe damp-heat aging (70°C / 95% RH), preventing chalking and structural failure.

3. Broad Material Compatibility

Perfectly bonds a diverse range of shoe components. Ideal for upper materials like top-grain cowhide, microfiber leather, flyknit, and mesh fabric, seamlessly laminating them to EVA foam, TPU elastomers, E-TPU, and rubber sheet midsoles.

4. Rapid Curing & High Efficiency

Key Process Description

1. Heating & Melting

The PUR adhesive is heated in a specialized melter to its optimal operational temperature, transforming into a highly flowable state for smooth and precise application.

2. Precision Coating

Applied uniformly via roller coating, spray, or slot-die extrusion onto the shoe upper fabric or midsole material. Its controlled viscosity prevents unsightly adhesive bleed-through on delicate flyknit or microfiber surfaces.

3. Hot-Press Lamination

The upper and sole components are combined under controlled pressure. The adhesive provides instant, high-tack initial bonding (within 60 seconds), allowing for immediate handling on the fast-paced footwear production line.

4. Moisture-Curing Action

Over 1–5 days, the adhesive reacts with ambient moisture to form an irreversible 3D cross-linked thermoset structure, locking in long-lasting resistance against foot sweat, rain, and mechanical stress.
