The Advantages of Our Automotive Display Screen PUR Adhesive
1. Outstanding Optical Clarity
Designed for automotive display bonding, our PUR adhesive system helps achieve light transmittance up to 99.9% with haze below 0.1% (ASTM D1003). It supports vivid image quality, clear visual presentation, and stable optical performance in LCD, OLED, and large-size curved display assemblies.
2. Anti-Yellowing & Anti-Newton's Rings Stability
The material system is engineered to resist yellowing and Newton’s rings even after extended high-temperature and high-humidity exposure. It remains stable after 85°C / 85% RH testing for 1,000 hours, helping prevent optical defects that affect appearance and touch-display quality.
3. Excellent Thermal Cycling & Vibration Resistance
The cured bond reliably withstands thermal cycling from -40°C to 90°C, helping prevent delamination and bubble formation. It also resists vibration exceeding 25G (SAE J2380), ensuring stable performance across rough road conditions and long vehicle service life.
4. Broad Component Compatibility
Suitable for bonding and integrating cover glass (2.5D/3D), anti-glare glass, polarizers, touch sensors (PET/film), OLED panels, OCA/OCR structures, thermally conductive tapes, EMI shielding gaskets, and structural adhesive layers within automotive display modules.
5. Low VOC, Low Fogging & Enhanced Safety
Developed for enclosed automotive cabin environments, the adhesive system supports low VOC and low fogging performance in accordance with VDA 278 and DIN 75201 requirements. Flame-retardant materials rated UL94 V-0 and integrated shock-absorption designs further improve functional safety in vehicle display systems.

Key Process Description
1. Heating & Preparation
The PUR adhesive is prepared at the recommended operating condition to obtain stable flowability and accurate dispensing performance for high-precision screen assembly.
2. Precision Bonding Application
It is applied in a controlled and uniform manner onto the cover glass, display layer, or related structural area, helping avoid local stress concentration, optical distortion, and uneven bonding thickness.
3. Laminating & Module Integration
During assembly, the bonded layers are positioned and integrated under controlled pressure to ensure precise alignment of optical and touch components, reducing the risk of misalignment, bubbles, and backlight haze.
4. Moisture-Curing Crosslinking
After assembly, the adhesive reacts with ambient moisture to form a stable 3D cross-linked thermoset structure. Once fully cured, it delivers lasting resistance to heat, humidity, vibration, and long-term cabin aging.
Benefits in Automotive Display Applications
Integrated Center Displays
Ideal for central infotainment screens and smart cockpit displays that require high optical clarity, accurate touch response, and long-term durability under constant thermal and mechanical stress.
Curved & Large-Size Display Modules
Suitable for advanced display structures where bonding quality, low stress, and optical consistency are critical to both appearance and functional performance.
Reliable Cabin Electronics Integration
Helps automotive manufacturers improve assembly reliability, cabin air quality, and product safety while supporting increasingly complex in-vehicle display systems.
